Dash of Nutrition ladies provided me professional advice to support my transition from GLP-1 drugs to a modified low carb diet. This supported my general health and well being and provided me a healthy alternative to drug therapy. Both nutritionists are gifted with empathy and a strong desire to help all of their patients to achieve ideal weight and health profiles using the latest in nutritional discoveries. I strongly recommend their professional services to any and all clients willing to take control of their diet and nutrition.

Working with Dash has been amazing. I've worked with her for six months on my nutrition and health goals. She made everything easy to understand and put together a plan that would fit my busy lifestyle. Together, we found great strategies that address issues from eating out to snacking around the office. Since then, my blood work has been great. Highly recommend working with Dash!
